No yard front or back!  My “EXTREME STAGING” was needed!!!

This beautiful transformation in just 4 weeks!!  I helped my clients through the entire process, selecting outdoor hardscape, lighting and plant materials and working with the landscape team to achieve this dramatic result

Before staging, the livingroom was"stuck"in the 1970's.  The heavy window treatment blocked the view to the outdoors. 

The old white-washed finish on the fireplace did nothing to accentuate the beautiful marble surround.

An elegant and light-n-bright transformation.  The cheery window treatments and freshly painted fireplace surround make this living area so inviting. 

Staging a room doesn't need to cost much $$.  Most of the owner's own furniture was utilized and only a few extra 'props' were brought in.
